B5200-Vacuum Plasma High volume conveyor zed vacuum plasma treatment line with 3 vacuum chambers.
While the first chamber brings the part to a desired vacuum level, the second remains under vacuum offering continuous vacuum plasma treatment and the third chamber returns the parts back to atmospheric pressure.
The benefit is a reduced cycle time, due to the continuous vacuum plasma treatment in the middle chamber.
