Ovens and Curing Systems

Bartec offers a wide range of industrial ovens designed to accommodate a variety of load sizes and production volumes.

Preheating ovens are often a necessary in the process before potting or encapsulating with a reactive resin in order to promote the flow of the resin and improve the potting quality, preventing voids and eliminating any humidity residue before potting.

Curing ovens are used to cure reactive resins and are selected based on the part design and resin characteristics, we offer :batch ovens, conveyor ovens, vertical conveyor ovens, horizontal conveyor ovens and round conveyor ovens.

We offer convection ovens (hot air circulation), infrared - IR ovens, induction ovens and ultra violet -UV ovens. The oven designs can include cooling zones, in order for the part to exit the oven at room temperature for operator to unload parts manually or for subsequent testing stations.
