Material Preparation System (MPS)
Ensure bubble and void free encapsulation and avoid any dispensing process variations caused by temperature changes, humidity and settlement of fillers.
The MPS Consists of 2 vessels and automated controls to provide on-going vacuum degassing agitation, recirculation, level control and automatic refilling. All while dispensing without interrupting your production.
Optional: Add a Static or Dynamic mixing system for an all-in-one dispensing machine

Pail (5 gal bucket) Preparation System (PPS)
Ensures bubble and void free dispensing from a 5 gal bucket of high viscosity materials. With this system you can avoid dispensing with air bubbles or voids. This pail system includes a vacuum chamber enclosing the 5 gal bucket and dispenses the material bubble free, using special progressive cavity Bartec pumps. The follower plate system includes level sensor and a special system to avoid air contamination during the pail replacement.Download
